Job summary

Randstad USA is immediately hiring skilled machine operators and production setup technicians to run and maintain high-speed manufacturing lines in Rogers, MN. You will focus on efficient changeovers, precise setups, and quality production, with emphasis on uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include machine setup and tooling changeovers, operation and monitoring of cycles, troubleshooting faults, performing in-process inspections with calipers and gauges, and assisting with basic preventative

Responsibilities

• Machine setup: efficiently execute setups and tooling changeovers on production machines (e.g., stamping, assembly, injection molding, etc.) according to job specifications and procedural guidelines.
• Operation and monitoring: competently operate production machinery, feeding materials and monitoring machine cycles, speeds, and temperatures to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve basic machine faults, jams, or process deviations during the production run to minimize downtime.
• Quality control: perform routine in-process inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) to ensure all components meet established quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintenance support: conduct basic preventative maintenance and machine cleaning to keep equipment running smoothly throughout the shift.
