Job summary

Aerotek in Stillwater, MN seeks skilled Maintenance Mechanics to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diverse equipment.

Ideal candidates have industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, plus ability to read schematics and work with PLCs and automated systems. This is a permanent, on-site role with overtime and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ability to work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automated systems.
Familiarity with PLCs and industrial controls.
Comfortable reading schematics and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose issues with automated and PLC-controlled equipment.
Work with conveyors, motors, production machinery, and facility equipment.
Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
Complete maintenance documentation and repair records.
Prioritize daily maintenance tasks and respond to equipment breakdowns.
