Job Requirements:

• $1,000 Sign-on bonus for night shift (Rehires not eligible; bonus cannot come through a recruiting agency)
• Starting pay: Minimum $23.00/hour
• Full-time status | 4 Days on 4 Days Off schedule
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Additional overtime available

Job Duties & Essential Functions:

• Operate blow-molding and injection molding machines
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines
• Perform routine maintenance
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
• Demonstrate safe work practices and competency to operate industrial trucks
• Comply with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations

Level 1: Operate one molding machine platform and support equipment, perform routine maintenance, and promote productivity and uptime. Opportunities for progression to higher levels.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating press machinery
• Ability to work independently and support team members
• Basic computer skills; experience with iPads preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varying temperatures
• Dependable and punctual
