Sign-On Bonuses: $500 for day shift, $1,000 for night shift

Shift Details: Full-time, 3-day work week

Shift Hours:

• Day Shift: 6:50 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Duties & Essential Functions:

• Operate blow-molding machines
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines
• Perform routine maintenance
• Adhere to customer specifications and safety standards
• Demonstrate safe work practices and operate powered industrial trucks
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations

Level 1 Technician Responsibilities:

• Operate one molding machine and support auxiliary equipment to meet specifications
• Perform routine and reactive maintenance to improve productivity

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience
• High School diploma or GED, with basic reading, writing, math, and critical thinking skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating press machinery
• Ability to work independently and support team members
• Familiarity with basic computer functions; experience with Apple iPads is a plus
• Own basic tools required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varied temperatures

Salary Range: $22 - $24.50 per hour
