Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks a skilled Machine Technician II to operate blow-mold and related equipment on the 12-hour D shift in Phoenix. You will troubleshoot process issues, perform minor maintenance and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.

As a senior operator, you will train Level-1 operators, support preventive maintenance, and adapt to plant equipment variations across lines. The role requires strength to lift up to 50 pounds and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ equivalent machine operator experience.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Able to train entry-level Machine Operators and shadow others.
• Maintain two production lines consistently."
• Perform preventive maintenance and assists with mold/neck/ blow pin changes.
