Job summary

Altium Packaging in New Castle, PA seeks a Machine Technician II to operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors. You will troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance to keep production lines running in a GMP environment.

You will also mentor Level-1 Operators, maintain quality control, adjust parisons and weights, run two lines, and support preventive maintenance. The role requires physical stamina, safety awareness, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer experience.
• Three plus years' equivalent machine operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to keep production running.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all duties.
• Demonstrate mastery of entry-level Machine Operator skills and train others.
• Maintain quality control and adjust parisons, tail adjustments, regrind and weights as needed.
• Run two lines consistently and support preventive maintenance.
