Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Technician II in Phoenix to operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer and conveyor systems. You will troubleshoot process issues, perform minor maintenance and ensure GMP compliance to keep the production line running smoothly.

The role includes mentoring Level-1 operators, managing color changes with minimal waste, and participating in preventive maintenance. The shift is 12 hours (7am–7:30pm) with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of machine operator experience.
• Intermediate math and computer skills required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain parisons, weights, regrind levels and color changes with minimal loss.
• Train entry-level operators and assist with preventive maintenance.
