Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks an experienced Machine Technician in Phoenix, AZ to operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors on 12hr-A Shift. You will troubleshoot process issues, perform minor maintenance and support GMP compliance to ensure production lines run smoothly.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of machine operator experience, including blow mold operation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a machine operator required.
• 3+ years’ blow mold machine operation experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and mechanical changes.
• Train entry-level machine operators when needed.
• Maintain production outputs and quality by adjusting parisons and other settings.
