The Machine Technician is responsible for producing high-quality products through accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate thrives in environments where safety, quality, service and cost are the highest priorities. The Machine Technician will perform various, rotating duties relating to all manufacturing operations. He or she will support managers and all plant staff to meet operational goals and perform duties as assigned. Employees will contribute to a highly motivated and positive environment. The Machine Technician must be familiar with all areas of the process, along with any off-line equipment associated with the production line. It is the responsibility of all Technicians to operate in a safe manner, and monitor the quality of the product we produce.
Type: 12-Hour Rotating Shift (Rotates every 4 weeks between Days and Nights)
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days) or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)
Weekly Rotation: Alternating short and long weeks (averaging 42 hours per week)
Week 1: 48 hours (Includes 8 hours of built-in overtime)
Week 2: 36 hours
Week 3: 48 hours
Week 4: 36 hours

Travel Requirements: May require occasional travel in connection to job duties as it relates to conferences, site visits, professional development or learning opportunities, etc. in which advance notice of travel expectations/events will be provided.
Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.Base Hourly Rate: $31.10
