Job summary

Aerotek in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Technician to prepare and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will set up fillers, adjust rails, and monitor lines to ensure smooth operations.

This contract-to-hire role requires hands-on mechanical skills, basic computer use with machine-attached systems, and the ability to stand for long periods. Shifts are 5:30am–2:30pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

Job Title: Machine Technician

Work Environment

Be a part of a team of 34 in a fast-paced production environment that can exceed 90 degrees. Work shifts are from 5:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for extended hours up to 4:30pm. Dress code includes safety toe shoes, regular work attire (shorts allowed), and a hairnet, with no safety glasses required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
