Job summary

Aerotek Beloit, WI is seeking a Machine Technician to operate CNC machines and support the Production Team by producing parts and fixtures per blueprints. You will also work with robotic cells and communicate faults to Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance.

Responsibilities include 75% operation, 20% programming, and 5% preventive maintenance, with opportunities for in-house welding certification, cross-training, and a strong benefits package in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

Machine Technician

As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the operation of CNC machines and support the Production Team by producing a variety of parts and fixtures that meet the dimensional specifications provided in blueprints. You will also interact with robotic cells and communicate any faults to the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Teams. This role primarily involves setting up and operating Robotic Welders, Laser Cells, and General Automation Machines. Additionally, you will perform some preventive and routine maintenance on these machines.

Work Environment

Opportunities for working Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are available, with Fridays usually requiring 4-5 hours of mandatory overtime. The new facility offers modern amenities and equipment to enhance the work experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
