The McWane-relevant division seeks a Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee a team operating CNC and conventional machines, ensuring safety and quality in production. You will interpret blueprints, assign duties, and coordinate machining schedules to meet production targets.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree with CNC proficiency, leadership experience, and strong Excel skills. This role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and efficient workflow in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; high school diploma/GED accepted with strong CNC experience.
Proficiency in CNC operations required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of the Machine Shop team operating CNC and conventional machines.
Ensure personal and team safety by enforcing PPE and safety standards.
Communicate safety standards clearly and ensure adherence across the department.
Oversee day-to-day functions and ensure quality processes are in place.
