Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft platforms; leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine shop operations and lead fabrication activities.
• Direct maintenance, welding, and production processes.
• Develop and propose budgets and control costs.
• Plan short-term and long-term workflow and talent.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.
