Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in industrial equipment maintenance, specifically with CNC machines.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with specialized test equipment, hand/power tools, and basic fabrication or shop tools.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and forklift/scissor lift operation.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and repair of CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems down to components.
• Execute PM schedules and manage emergency repairs in a balanced workflow.
• Source replacement parts and track work orders in the CMMS.
• Support shop floor equipment and utility maintenance; operate forklifts or similar equipment.
• Uphold OSHA/LOTO safety standards and foster a team-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenace & Repair:Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines.
• Component-Level Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems down to individual components to minimize machine downtime.
• Proactive & Preventative Care: Execute systematic PM schedules, balancing routine upkeep with emergency repairs and new equipment installations.
• Parts & CMMS Management: Sourcing needed replacement components through trusted vendors and tracking work orders accurately in the CMMS.
• Facility & Utility Support: Assist with broader shop floor equipment and utility maintenance as needed, operating support machinery like forklifts, hoists, and scissor lifts.
• Safety & Team Leadership: Maintain strict OSHA/LOTO safety standards while fostering a supportive, team-first environment on the floor.
