Brian Tooley Racing is seeking a Machine Shop Manager to lead our precision CNC machining operations in Bardstown, Kentucky. You will manage daily shop activities, drive productivity, and oversee safety and quality while partnering with Engineering, Product Development, and Operations to meet production schedules.

You have 10+ years of CNC experience and at least 3 years in leadership. Strong knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, tooling, Fixturing, and Fusion programming is preferred.
