Job summary

Techneeds LLC in Peabody, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Support to join a fast-paced plant environment. You will assist with daily shop operations, keep work areas clean, prepare and finish parts, and track production using barcode methods to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include cleaning, washing, deburring, finishing, and aiding special projects to improve overall efficiency. Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, strong team orientation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic familiarity with computers.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping in a manufacturing setting.
• Attention to quality during finishing and preparation tasks.
• Ability to track time accurately using barcodes or similar methods.
• Willingness to support safety protocols and work in a team.
