Job summary

Our client is seeking a Machine Operator in Nashua, NH to support multiple steps of the fabrication process, operate manufacturing equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will cross-train across cells, learn advanced manufacturing skills in a fast-paced team, and perform inspections, tool handling, and material prep while helping throughput and scrap reduction.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required if you are trainable.
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.
• Willing to cross-train.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Job description

Our client is looking for a Machine Operator to join a leading manufacturer specializing in electronic products used in aerospace and high-tech applications. In this role, you will support multiple steps of the fabrication process, operating manufacturing equipment, following safety and quality standards, and performing basic checks to ensure production excellence.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where cross-training across various manufacturing cells is encouraged, giving you the opportunity to learn advanced manufacturing skills within a supportive team. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling manufacturing tools, preparing materials, performing inspections, and supporting production objectives like throughput and scrap reduction.

Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (must be able to train on 1st shift).
