Job summary

Techneeds LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Support candidate to join a fast-paced production environment. You will help maintain cleanliness, prepare and finish parts, and use barcode systems to track production time.

You will also contribute to special projects aimed at improving overall efficiency and quality. The role operates Monday through Friday with an evening schedule, requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Good attention to detail for finishing and prep tasks.
• Able to track time accurately with barcode methods.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general machine shop housekeeping tasks.
• Wash manufactured parts according to standard procedures.
• Deburr and finish manufactured products.
• Prepare parts for heat treatment by crimping or flaring.
• Collect machined components from accumulator tables.
• Track job time accurately to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support safety standards to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed.
