Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing seeks a Machine Shop Associate for a Canonsburg, PA role. You will operate grinders, saws, drill presses and related equipment, using micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.

You will read engineering prints, follow tolerances, maintain a tidy workspace, and assist with daily machine maintenance. A high school diploma is required; machining certification is a plus. Experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification in machining from technical/trade school is a plus.
• Experience in machining is a plus but not required.
• Adequate math and analytical skills are expected.
• Mechanical aptitude and dexterity are important.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Follow directions from team lead or Production Manager.
• Work safely following company policies.
