Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; able to use measuring tools and identify defects.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to operate basic machinery; lift medium-heavy objects when required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating machines including first checks and test sequences.
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup and support Operators.
• Assist maintenance with repair and downtime prevention; inspect machines regularly.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records/tracking.
• Check finished products or components and submit for approval.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
