Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Ability to operate basic machinery.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating machines including first checks and test sequences.
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup and support operators.
• Support maintenance to repair and prevent downtime; inspect machines.
• Follow procedures and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Inspect finished products and submit for approval.
• Follow safety rules and ensure proper PPE at all times.
