Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information.
• Check production status within and between each production sequence and take action on deviations.
• Operate machines while monitoring processes and following documented procedures.
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts per protocol.
• Support maintenance in repair and prevention of downtime and inspection.
• Follow all safety and PPE rules at all times.
