Job summary

Manitou Group seeks a skilled technician to repair finished machines at the Madison, SD facility, ensuring quality before shipping. You will rework items on the assembly line, document rework, and return completed units to the appropriate teams. Strong reading of drawings and standard instructions is essential.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, good communication, and teamwork. On-site employment with base pay plus quarterly bonus aligned to performance metrics is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with all levels of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Repair finished machines returned from customers.
• Record rework and return completed machines to Assembly/Shipping.
• Provide feedback to supervision on product quality.
• Perform rework on machines to maintain production flow.
• Sound test units to customer requirements when needed.
• Support engineering on build-process improvements.
