This Maintenance Technician I position is an entry-level 1st shift role performs routine maintenance and basic repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities. The role will receive on the job training and support senior technicians with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, ensuring production operates safely and efficiently. Reliable team player with a strong work ethic, eagerness to develop and learn new technical skills in industrial maintenance. This role requires performing responsibilities in alignment with Tecomet’s safety policies, continuous improvement principles, customer-driven innovation and culture. While meeting established financial and performance metrics.
