Job Title: Machine Operators: Johnson Creek

Shift: 1st shift
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Long-term temporary work with potential for hire

Johnson Creek Client is seeking motivated employees for their machine operating positions. These openings are LONG-TERM positions with opportunities for ADVANCEMENT. This 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, offers good starting pay and a 3-DAY WEEKEND each week.

These positions require drug screens and background checks, as well as safety orientations held at our Staff Up America offices.

Job Duties Include:

• Operate or tend to plastic molding machines while verifying product quality and stacking finished product onto pallets.
• Examine molded product for surface defects, such as dents, bubbles, thin areas, and cracks.
• Weigh prescribed amounts of material for molded parts and finished products to ensure specifications are maintained.
• Stack molded parts in boxes or on conveyor for subsequent processing or leave parts in mold to cool.
• Report defects in molds to supervisor.
• Trim flashing from product.
• Maintain a clean work area.
