Job summary

Solidify Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator in Minnesota to operate injection molding, blow molding, and thermoset machinery within a warehouse setting. You will count, assemble, label, package, and stage plastic parts, while completing all required paperwork in the computer system.

The role requires good manual dexterity, the ability to stand for long shifts, and the capacity to lift up to 40 pounds. No prior experience is needed, as we provide training to help you succeed.

We are hiring an Machine Operator to join our team! You will operate manufacturing machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase production and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all pre-employment screening eligibility requirements
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours
• No experience required, we'll train you
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Will work around moving machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
