As a Machine Operator, you'll operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality production of plastic parts. Your role includes inspecting finished products, performing trimming, light assembly, packaging, and maintaining a clean work environment—all while following safety procedures and work instructions.

Role Overview:

• Operate and oversee plastic injection molding machines
• Inspect parts for defects such as discoloration, cracks, warping, or incomplete molding
• Remove finished parts from machines or conveyors
• Trim excess plastic and conduct light assembly tasks
• Package, label, and count finished products
• Record production and quality data
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Report machine issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisors

Required Skills:

• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Capable of occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Proficient in handling and manipulating small parts and tools
