Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to understand written instructions and follow procedures.
• Willingness to work 5 PM–5 AM weekdays and Saturdays as needed, with 40–50 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished rolls from weaving machines.
• Build and stage pallets for finished products.
• Replenish materials and keep work areas clean.
• Operate and monitor weaving machines.
• Change, thread, and adjust wire and blades.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
• Monitor feed and speed of machines during machining.
• Maintain the surrounding area, keeping it free of debris.

We currently have openings for our 1st/2nd shift for the following positions:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remove finished rolls from weaving machines
• Build and stage pallets for finished products
• Replenish materials and keep work areas clean
• Operate and monitor weaving machines
• Change, thread, and adjust wire and blades
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process
• Maintain the surrounding area, keeping the area free of debris

Requirements

NECESSARY SKILLS, BACKGROUND & COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Must be able to work in a team-based, positive, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures.
• Must be able and willing to work 5 PM-5 AM MON-FRI and Saturdays as needed. Employees average at least 40 hours a week, no more than 50.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
