Adecco Staffing is hiring experienced machinists for a company in Nashua, NH. We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience operating technical manufacturing equipment.

Candidates with experience as CNC Operators, Press Operators, Extrusion Operators, Machinists, or other technical machine operators are encouraged to apply. Pay is $25.00–$29.00 per hour with weekly pay and shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Candidates with experience as CNC Operators, Press Operators, Extrusion Operators, Machinists, or other technical machine operatorsare encouraged to apply.

Pay: $25.00–$29.00/hour + shift differential | Weekly Pay.

• 2nd Shift:+15% shift differential
• 3rd Shift:+20% shift differential

Direct press experience:Candidates with direct press operating experience may qualify for up to $29.00/hour base pay.

Transferable experience:Candidates with strong technical machine operating experience may be considered at $25.00–$27.00/hour based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor technical manufacturing machinery
• Set up and adjust equipment according to production requirements
• Monitor machine performance and production output
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and efficient operation
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Complete production documentation and records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced machinists or machine operators with technical manufacturing experience
• CNC, press, extrusion, machining or similar equipment experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to monitor equipment and identify operating issues
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
