Adecco is hiring for Machine Operators in Laconia, NH. This is a full-time manufacturing role with 3-day weekends, weekly pay, and temp-to-hire opportunities with a leading manufacturer. Pay is $19.00/hour for 1st shift (Mon-Thu 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and $20.00/hour for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).

Responsibilities include operating equipment, loading materials, quality checks, and data entry. Benefit options available.

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Support multiple machines or workstations as needed

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• $19.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• $20.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Load raw materials and monitor production processes
• Perform quality inspections using visual and magnified inspection methods
• Produce parts that meet quality and production standards
• Complete production reports and enter data accurately
• Identify and separate scrap from acceptable parts
• Perform basic machine checks and report equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support multiple machines or workstations as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
