Masemp in the Greenfield, MA area is seeking a Machine Operator to join a high-technology Franklin County team. The role supports manufacturing operations on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a direct hire, full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and the ability to read measurements, set up machines, and maintain accurate records. The job emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extrusion experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and use adjustable measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery following orders and instructions.

• Measure and inspect results.
• Record data in system as needed.
• Weigh and record scrap as required.
• Report quality and equipment issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work area.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for Machine Operators to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Machine Operator position are as follows:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year previous manufacturing experience
• Extrusion experience is a plus
• Good math skills
• Ability to use adjustable measuring instruments
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work hours as needed to meet business requirements
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
