The role offers on-the-job training for the right candidate, with 1st and 3rd shifts and hourly pay of $19.00 and $21.00 respectively, plus benefits after a waiting period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred; plastics injection molding is a plus.
• Basic math and reasoning ability.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Load, start up, and operate molding and assembly machines.
• Monitor machinery to support consistent production of small plastic components.
• Perform color changes and material handling over short distances.
• Conduct visual and functional quality inspections at set intervals.
• Perform gauging to ensure dimensional standards and maintain documentation.
