Remedy Staffing is hiring Machine Operators in Madison, WI for temporary-to-hire manufacturing roles. Shifts include 1st (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and 3rd (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Training provided; entry-level and Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include loading materials into CNC machines, operating equipment, inspecting parts with calipers and gauges, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into CNC machines.
• Start, monitor, and operate machine equipment.
• Remove finished parts and prepare them for the next production process.
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other tools.
• Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor dimensions and overall product quality.
• Change tools and replace inserts as directed.
• Maintain coolant levels and machine functionality.
• Record production quantities and labor time accurately.
• Complete inspection documentation and production records.
• Report machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into CNC machines
• Start, monitor, and operate machine equipment

• Operate multiple machines when required

• Report machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned
