The ideal candidate has prior machine/operator manufacturing experience, can read work instructions and basic blueprints, and can lift 50+ lbs while working in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications
• Load raw materials and unload finished products
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy during and after production
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain production logs and complete basic documentation
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work area
• Follow all company safety policies and wear proper PPE
• Communicate equipment issues or defects to supervisors
