Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is an asset.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety rules, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment setup and operation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate press room equipment per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure consistent output.
• Inspect materials and finished products to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine checks and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and communicate with team and supervisors.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting when needed.
