Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination is important.

Responsibilities

• Execute setups: Calibrate, adjust, and clean machinery for optimal performance.
• Inspect equipment: Perform routine safety and maintenance checks daily.
• Monitor production: Ensure output meets strict quality and volume standards.
• Feed materials: Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently.
• Verify quality: Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
• Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Log data: Maintain accurate production logs and defect reports.
• Follow safety: Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols.
