Job summary

Forcepersonnelok is seeking dependable Machine Operators in Oklahoma City for a hands‑on manufacturing and warehouse role. Starting pay is $14.00/hour with potential to move to $16.00/hour after designation to operate machinery.

This full-time position offers weekly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a temp-to-hire path. Responsibilities include operating press and die‑cut machines, handling insulation and fiberglass materials, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various machines.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate press, die‑cut, and other production machinery
  • Assist with the production and handling of insulation and fiberglass materials
  • Follow machine operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Load, unload, and move materials as needed
  • Perform general warehouse and production duties
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow directions from supervisors and production leads
  • Schedule Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • When overtime is scheduled: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Scheduled breaks are provided 30-minute lunch break
  • Overtime is based on business and production needs

Position Overview

MACHINE OPERATOR - $14-$16/HR | WEEKLY PAY | IMMEDIATE START We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team. This is a hands‑on manufacturing and warehouse position involving various production equipment, including press machines and die‑cut machines. Employees will also work with insulation and fiberglass materials.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate press, die‑cut, and other production machinery
  • Assist with the production and handling of insulation and fiberglass materials
  • Follow machine operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Load, unload, and move materials as needed
  • Perform general warehouse and production duties
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Applicants with a known allergy or significant sensitivity to fiberglass or insulation may not be the best fit
  • Water and a rehydration station are provided
