Hire Sync is seeking a Machine Operator in Painesville, OH for a 4‑day work week with a first shift (6:00 AM–4:30 PM). You will operate and monitor die‑cutting and compression molding equipment to shape foam materials, ensuring quality and consistent production.

The role requires hands‑on experience in machine operation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new processes while maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor die‑cutting and compression molding machines to shape foam materials.
• Perform skiving operations to make precise cuts and thickness adjustments.
• Perform beveling and finishing operations according to production specs.
• Inspect foam materials before and after processing to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor equipment, identify basic operating or quality issues, and keep machinery clean and maintained.
• Package completed foam components and prep finished materials for shipping or further processing.
• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quality and productivity goals.

Location: Painesville, OH
Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | 10-hour shifts | 4 days per week

Hire Sync is hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing operation in Painesville, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operating, production, or warehouse experience who enjoys hands‑on work and wants a consistent first‑shift schedule with a 4‑day work week.

In this role, you’ll operate specialized equipment used to cut, shape, and finish foam materials into precise components. You’ll work with die‑cutting and compression molding equipment while performing detailed finishing processes that require strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to quality.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor die‑cutting and compression molding machines used to shape foam materials
• Perform skiving operations to make precise cuts, slices, and material thickness adjustments
• Perform beveling and other finishing operations according to production specifications
• Inspect foam materials before and after processing to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor equipment during production and identify basic operating or quality issuesClean and maintain machinery, tools, and work areas
