Job summary

MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to join our growing life sciences manufacturing team. You will set up equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure products meet customer specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to read English work instructions. Strong attention to detail and reliability, plus a team-oriented attitude, are essential.

Machine Operator – Starting at $19/hr | Full-Time

Join a growing company that manufactures innovative products for the life sciences industry. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure products meet customer specifications.

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:0 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Enjoy every weekend as a 3-day weekend!

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Package and label finished products
• Record production numbers and complete basic paperwork
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
