Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Machine Operator for the Baldwin, WI site. The role is a Friday–Sunday, 5 a.m.–5 p.m. shift on site, with overtime eligibility and a gainsharing plan. You will set up and operate metalworking equipment to fabricate to specifications while managing materials and following safety policies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, blueprint literacy, and ability to work with close tolerances. Preferred candidates have press brake or sheet metal forming experience.

The Machine Operator at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications. This is a Weekend shift onsite role, with hours Friday - Sunday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. (paid for 40 hours)

Role Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications.
• Schedule and handle materials
• Assure compliance with print specifications.
• Utilize computer programming.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Hourly Pay Range:

$26.76

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.

This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
