The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Role Responsibilities

• Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation.
• Package parts and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance to prints.
• Operate test equipment when required.
• Ensure proper documentation with labeling.
• Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

• Material Handling with forklifts, cranes, carts, etc.
• Display mechanical aptitude
• Quality conscious
• Ability to read blueprints, and understand verbal and written instructions
• High School Diploma or GED is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customised product line
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment

Hourly Pay Range: $23.52

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.

This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
