In this position, you will a play a vital role as part of our Production Team, ensuring that we produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, replenishing necessary materials and confirming the quality of our product throughout the production process. If you are attentive to details, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are a quick learner with a technical aptitude, this could be a great match!
Job details:
Pay: $21.58 to $33.20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift
- Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce
- Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production
- Determine and report malfunctions, safety hazards and product defects to supervisor or manager
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Base pay range is $21.58 - 33.20/hr plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; Union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus up to 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
