Road-Con is seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating an asphalt milling machine to remove and grind the surface of paved areas. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an asphalt milling machine to remove and grind the surface of paved areas.
• Monitor the milling process and adjust the machine to ensure a consistent and even surface.
• Work closely with the milling crew to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the milling machine.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of other employees and the public.
• Work in various environmental conditions, including hot surfaces and uneven terrain.

Requirements
