Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurements.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior machine operation or metal fabrication experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines, feed materials correctly, prevent jams.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot basics and assist with maintenance.
• Read blueprints and measurements to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to meet specs.
• Bundle and label products for shipment with proper docs.
• Use tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Share quality concerns with team and supervisors.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment.
• Support safety protocol improvements.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
