Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years direct industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with motors, bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read measuring tools (tape, calipers, micrometers).
• Basic welding, fabrication, or machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical issues involving bearings, motors, gearboxes, chains, belts, rollers, shafts, valves and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Inspect, lubricate, adjust and maintain production equipment.
• Support equipment moves, installations and facility improvement projects.
