Job summary

Candidates should have at least 2 years of direct industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read measuring tools. Basic welding or fabrication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years direct industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Basic welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and maintain safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical issues involving bearings, motors, gearboxes, chains, belts, rollers, shafts, valves, cylinders, and related industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support requests.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust, and maintain production equipment.
• Install, repair, and replace machine components and wear parts.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and PPE standards.
