Job summary

Insteel Industries is seeking a Machine Operator to join its industrial manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor machinery, perform basic maintenance, and document production data in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and a safety-minded attitude. Training is provided for forklift operation and equipment, with overtime possible on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided for certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot machines, addressing jams or stalls.
• Document production information and perform basic measurements.
• Maintain safe work habits and PPE compliance.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
