Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read and follow instructions, with in-person attendance essential. Training will cover machine operation, safety, and data recording on daily production runs.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED or 1 year of related industrial experience.
• Strong basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read and respond to general written and oral instructions.
• Works cooperatively with manufacturing staff.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• In-person attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and setup machines for production by positioning payoff, feeder, and take-up.
• Operate the machinery and adjust controls to meet specifications.
• Monitor wire quality during production and inspect finished products.
• Perform routine lubrication and minor preventative maintenance.
• Observe equipment for malfunctions and report issues.
• Record daily production data with accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
