Job summary

Kelly Services in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Machine Operator / Technician for the night shift to join a long-term opportunity. This role operates and maintains production equipment, performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with the production team to improve processes while upholding safety and quality standards.

Shift: Mon–Thu 5:00pm–5:00am. Hourly pay $19.00/hr plus 12% night shift differential ($21.28/hr).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Maintenance or engineering experience – 2+ years preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs minimizing down time.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Experience operating equipment with a Human Machine Interface (HMI) and advanced control systems a plus.
• Provide support to other departments as required.

Machine Operator / Technician – Night Shift
