8-Hour Shifts
- First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Third Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
12-Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Future Schedule Changes
Beginning in 2027, the facility is expected to transition to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Additional details will be provided as they become available.
Description of Role: Operator Filling Line are experts in operating equipment, machinery, and systems within their assigned area. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products, performing machine operations and changeovers, and supporting the training of other team members. What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- 1 year experience in manufacturing
- Ability to operate machines and troubleshoot
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping
- Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces
- Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
- Ability to read, write and speak English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- JDA and ATLAS knowledge or other warehouse management systems experience
- Experience maintaining accurate inventory records
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
- Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or area
- Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
- Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level
- Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshooting
- Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM)
- Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks
- Any ad hoc tasks
